Adelaide ~
I know this post is slightly overdue but it's sort of the only time I've had so far free to do a blog post. That and I got the urge to post something today. I'm easing back into uni after having a week off and it's starting to really feel like Autumn now in Sydney. With that, lets get into the content of the post.
2 weeks ago, I had a week off uni as it was the Easter break so to celebrate that, my family minus my dad, decided to fly down to Adelaide and spend some time with family there. I was originally born in Adelaide, located in South Australia, and moved to Sydney a couple of years later. Due to this, majority of my mum's side of family is still situated in Adelaide. It was a pretty fun filled 5 days in Adelaide with the constant stream of family visiting and just catching up with everyone. I really do miss my relatives in Adelaide and rarely do get to just relax and visit them.
There was a constant stream of food being served at all times, lots of laughter just catching up and it was nice as my siblings and I got acquainted with the younger cousins who we last saw when they were 1-2 years old and with some cousins, it was the first time seeing them. My favourite part of the trip had to be the bowling game that we played. There was a total of 12 of us and we decided to tag team which resulted in one of the best games of bowling that I had. It was fun poking fun at teams and us banding together to defeat my 2 cousins who were deemed to be the best.
I look back on the trip and it was really was a great trip and I can't wait to go back, especially since my aunts and I made plans for us to come back next year for my 21st.
Until next time, have a great day!
