Random Food ~

Towards the end of June, I started to get out of my cave of darkness and went out with friends. Nothing really to report on these outings but thought I would just share what I ate at those outings. Both of these outings were to celebrate finishing the first semester of the uni year and to catch up with friends since we didn't really speak due to stress.

The first place was a nice Japanese restaurant located in the city near Market City/Chinatown in Sydney, Wagaya. I have been there plenty of times since starting uni and it hasn't really disappointed me since. It's a nice place just to get your Japanese craving satisfied. With that being said, I am totally craving sushi train at the moment.

At the restaurant, I ordered the tempura soft shell crab and a noodle seafood stir fry. Both pretty satisfying.

The second place was a nice cafe located within Westfields Parramatta, Iconic. The menu isn't as large but that is to be expected at a cafe but it is pretty reasonably priced. The service is good and the food was pretty good. A nice place to go with friends to catch up and unwind from busy schedules. I ordered the BLT on Turkish Bread with fries and we shared the salt and pepper squid, which was really really nice.

I would definitely recommend both of these places to other friends.

With that being said, sorry about the short post so early on but hopefully they will get better. Until next time, take care.
